Here at The Hewitt Fertility Centre we believe that, as you start your fertility journey, it’s helpful to have as much information as possible on the processes involved and the steps that you can take to ensure you give yourself the best possible chance of becoming pregnant. In that spirit we have decided to put together a series of Podcasts, covering topics such as egg collection, embryology and sperm donation etc. In this edition of the Podcast series, Consultant Gynaecologist, Pauline Green and Biomedical Andrologist, Paul Mallanaphy, discuss how your New Year’s resolutions could give you a head start in addressing your fertility concerns. Healthy eating, exercise and cutting back on drinking will all be discussed to give you a greater understanding of the dos and don’ts when it comes to fertility related lifestyle choices.
